ORDERING INFORMATION
Terms when buying
All Stitching is an online shopping website where buyers can purchase downloadable design files. The shopper/buyer can browse the website and Design Collections and order direct from the web.
Before buying from this website a shopper will first need to become a registered member of All Stitching and log in to complete any transaction. By becoming a member you have indicated that you have read and accepted all terms and conditions.
Collections
We strongly advise that you order the size and format you require for your embroidery machine and for the project you have in mind. All Stitching offers Designs and Collections in PES, DST, PCS, HUS, EXP, XXX AND SEW Formats. If you require any other Format, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
All Stitching will not warrant designs converted into different formats or re-sized by another party.
On-line Order Platform
Users of All Stitching can purchase Designs and Collections using an on-line shopping basket linked to Virtual Card Services (www.vcs.co.za). All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). After the order has been placed, a link of your items will be displayed and sent to the email address supplied to All Stitching. You will be supplied with a reference number, which you can use to query the status of an order.
Returns of Machine Embroidery Design Files
There are no refunds for Machine Embroidery Design files (software) after delivery. If the files are corrupt or an incorrect size or format is ordered and/or received by you, please email me (ronel@allstitching.com) and I will gladly help. However, only the designs purchased will be replaced.
Money Order & Checks
You may pay for your purchases by electronic/wire transfer, money order, or personal check if you wish. Simply add your purchases to your shopping cart and print the cart page when you are finished shopping.
Then email/mail the cart print out with your electronic/wire transfer, money order or check payable to Ronell Avery.
Orders will be processed when funds are cleared.

All information gathered in the on-line forms on this website is used to personally indentify users that subscribe to All Stitching.
